Cream of Tartar is an essential ingredient for making homemade dough and sensory play recipes in early learning and classroom environments.
Ideal for creating soft, long-lasting dough, it helps improve elasticity and texture for repeated use. Supplied non-toxic and packaged in a convenient storage tub with handle, it’s easy to store, transport and use during group activities. Ages 3yrs+

1 cup of flour

2 tsp. Cream of Tartar

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 drop of Educational Colours Food Dye

1/2 cup salt

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Add food colouring to the water and stir into dry ingredients. Stir over medium heat several minutes until mixture forms a ball.
The play dough will keep for up to four weeks.
