Product Code: 7437Available in 8 bright neon hues. All the colours are transparent and should only be used on light or uncoloured fabric. For the best results, apply to bleached fabrics. The fluorescent are best suited to cotton and cotton/polyester blends. Although the blue is not a fluorescent itself, it is suitable for blending with the other two primary fluorescents in order to create a secondary fluorescent.
